  1. What was the main challenge (or situation) facing RTS when we began our work with them?

In order to address the many challenges facing RTS, a new working framework needed to be put in place. Changes in technology, the labor market, and audience habits are forcing RTS to adapt more quickly and prepare to respond to them. The organization therefore wanted to develop a genuine culture of change to enable all stakeholders (managers, employees, etc.) to adapt more easily to the changes they face.

  1. What were the results of this intervention?

To support part of its change management skills internalization program, RTS called on Chantal & Emmanuel to train 40 change partners. They underwent six days of training and are now able to support their colleagues during periods of change and assist their line managers with any questions relating to change management.

  1. What was the most striking/favorable aspect of the consultants' work/style?

Chantal and Emmanuel's in-depth knowledge enabled them to cover the subject thoroughly and pass on a great deal to our change partners. Their management of the group dynamics during the training and their ability to adapt to the participants' needs enabled everyone to get the most out of the training. Chantal and Emmanuel were also very generous with their advice and suggestions for implementing this type of program.
