I was struggling a lot with time management and constantly fighting against the feeling of not having delivered enough. This was resulting in a constant sense of frustration and feeling me unconfident in my role and potential.
The organization of my working time has significantly changed. This started with a better organization of my agenda together with a more careful selection of the meetings to attend. This has then continue with reserving adequate time to the different tasks based on their complexity (using pomodoro and flow time). Gradually those changes have become habits with a very positive impact on my efficiency and indirectly on my self-confidence.
Emmanual’s work is the perfect mixt of theoretical concepts and concrete tools and examples. After each workshop, I had the clear impression to have some new concreate tools to test and applies to my day-to-day work. Emmanuel is also an extraordinary listener; he supported my personal and professional growth building on my own values. In this way, he supported me towards some profound and hopefully permanent changes in the way I relate not only to my work but also to my life.
